Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Onsite)
Location: Orlando, FL 32809
Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Compensation: $24.00/hour
Type: (40 hours per week)
Job Overview
An established production site in Orlando is seeking a dedicated?Maintenance Technician. This onsite position is responsible for performing vital maintenance and repair tasks to ensure productivity and operational efficiency across a range of systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical and electronic repairs on equipment, including conveyor systems, printers, and sorting equipment.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns or emergencies.
- Conduct preventative maintenance activities per TQM and vendor standards.
- Communicate and escalate serious equipment issues to the Lead Technician as necessary.
- Regularly review and utilize vendor technical manuals and publications.
- Provide training and assistance to other site technicians.
- Manage inventory, preventative maintenance schedules, and work order systems; maintain spare parts and supply inventory.
- Troubleshoot, evaluate, and resolve equipment problems in a timely manner.
- Complete all additional duties as required for site operations.
Requirements
- 0–20 years of maintenance experience (all experience levels welcome).
- Technical and mechanical troubleshooting skills required.
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
- Must work onsite; remote/virtual work is not available for this role.

- Contract role with potential for permanent hire.
- Standard 40-hour work week.
- Competitive pay at $24.00/hour.
