What You’ll Do

  1. Follow up on leads quickly and consistently.
  2. Build relationships and stay in touch with past and future clients.
  3. Conduct buyer and seller consultations that actually help people make smart decisions.
  4. Host open houses, showcase listings, and represent our brand in the community.
  5. Oversee your transactions from start to finish — with support when you need it.
  6. Keep learning and growing your business with our ongoing coaching and training.

What You’ll Need

  1. A valid California real estate license
  2. Strong communication and organizational skills
  3. Comfort with technology (and a willingness to learn more)
  4. Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus

The Details

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000 – $200,000+ per year (commission-based with bonuses)

Benefits: Flexible schedule, in-person and online training, strong community support

Schedule: Self-determined, with some weekend availability
