Maintenance Technician Location: Groton, MA Pay Rate: $22-$24/hr Schedule:&nbsp;Monday - Friday&nbsp; &nbsp; Hours Flexible:&nbsp;7:30-3:30 or 8:30-4:30 Type: Temp-to-hire Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience required; residential setting experience preferred.</li>
<li>Experience in basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills.</li>
<li>Direct experience with unit turnovers required.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and insured vehicle.</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Diagnose and make minor repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, and flooring.</li>
<li>Apartment turnovers.</li>
<li>Perform drywall repair, installation, prep, and painting.</li>
<li>Perform general janitorial work (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, carpet/floor care, cleaning walls and windows).</li>
<li>Perform grounds work (mowing, leaf removal, trimming) and snow removal.</li>
<li>Maintain tools and equipment, and order parts/supplies.</li>
