We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to become a part of our team! The Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate, assign and schedule all maintenance activities. Maintenance Supervisor will have the same responsibilities as the other maintenance workers. Performs all necessary repairs and the maintenance tasks in the areas of grounds keeping, basic electrical/plumbing, heating and cooling. Both heavy and light manual labor is required.

Responsibilities:

• Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
• Order and replace broken parts or equipment
• Maintain a clean and a safe workspace
• Perform other duties, as assigned
• Apartment Rehabilitation
• Detail oriented and capable of working with limited supervision
• Responsible for lawn care duties i.e: mowing grass, weed whacking, trimming bushes and able to operate machinery
• Responsible for snow/ice removal and capable to use machinery equipment removal,

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Must have 5 years or more in supervision skills
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to maintains the grounds
• Dependable/Reliable and willingness to learn new tasks, ability to work efficiently and cooperatively with others
• Have a valid CT Driver's License is necessary
