Work Schedule: Once Per Month
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain interior and exterior windows using professional tools and techniques
- Perform general janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Sanitize and clean restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility
- Restock janitorial supplies such as paper towels, soap, and cleaning products
- Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors
- Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols when handling chemicals
Requirements:
- Prior experience in window cleaning, janitorial, or commercial cleaning preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and work at varying heights
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in maintaining a clean environment
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, solutions, and safety handling
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent work ethic
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to job sites a plus
