What You’ll Do

1. Respond to and follow up with leads
2. Convert prospects into clients
3. Meet with buyers and sellers
4. Conduct showings and open houses
5. Negotiate and manage transactions through closing
6. Build relationships and generate repeat and referral business

What We Want

1. Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one
2. Motivated and self-driven
3. Strong communication skills
4. Coachable and willing to work
5. Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
6. Available to work with clients, including evenings and weekends
