Commercial Maintenance Technician – Help Maintain and Improve Commercial Properties
A Fort Collins-based property management company is seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial Maintenance Technician to join their team. What You'll Be Doing
• Perform daily maintenance, repairs, and preventative upkeep across commercial properties
• Respond to tenant service requests and ensure timely, high-quality resolution
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems, including electrical, plumbing, lighting, and HVAC support systems
• Complete general building and facility maintenance tasks as assigned
• Maintain safe, clean, and functional commercial properties
• Communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members regarding maintenance needs and repairs
• Prioritize and manage multiple maintenance requests while meeting service expectations
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in commercial maintenance or building operations
• Strong working knowledge of building systems, tools, and repair techniques
• Excellent customer service and communication skills when interacting with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Dependable work ethic and commitment to quality service
