Position Summary:
Cafe Rio is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facility Coordinator to join our Facilities team. This role is responsible for managing and administering facility-related work orders in Service Channel during after-hours and weekends. The position will work closely with the Facility Managers to support all Cafe Rio locations across multiple regions.
Schedule:
- Days: Wednesday through Sunday
- Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (with occasional flexibility as needed)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage incoming work order tickets in Service Channel
- Triage, dispatch, and follow up on facility-related service requests
- Ensure timely communication and escalation of high-priority issues to Facility Managers
- Support vendor coordination, status tracking, and ticket resolution
- Maintain accurate ticket documentation, notes, and updates in Service Channel
- Collaborate with Facility Managers to ensure alignment on repairs, timelines, and vendor performance
- Support weekend and after-hours coverage needs across the full Café Rio portfolio
- Other support tasks as needed to assist Facilities data tracking initiatives
Qualifications:
- 1 - 2+ year of administrative or facilities coordination experience
- Experience with Service Channel or similar work order platforms a strong plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
