Maintenance Technician - HVAC Certified

Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our apartment maintenance team. This is a hands-on position primarily responsible for completing resident work orders, HVAC/AC repairs, and general property maintenance.

Responsibilities
Complete resident maintenance work orders promptly and professionally
Diagnose and repair HVAC/AC systems
Perform basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance repairs
Assist with unit turns and make-ready work as needed
Respond to emergency maintenance calls
Maintain property equipment, tools, and work areas
Participate in the on-call rotation
Report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor
Requirements
HVAC/EPA Certification required
Apartment maintenance experience preferred
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs
Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
Reliable and able to work as part of a maintenance team
Available for on-call emergencies as scheduled

Property Size: Approximately 250 Units
Schedule: Monday–Friday with on-call rotation

Compensation details: 20-26 Hourly Wage
