Floating Apartment Maintenance Technician
Berger Communities is hiring a Floating Service Technician to support multiple apartment communities throughout West Chester, Phoenixville, Kennett Square, Boothwyn, and Upper Chichester, PA.

Pay & Benefits
- $26–$30/hour, paid biweekly, plus:

Location: West Chester, Phoenixville, Kennett Square, Boothwyn, and Upper Chichester, PA.
Schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our apartment community running smoothly. That means:
- Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
- Getting empty homes move-in ready
- Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
- Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
- Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts
- Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service
