Westborough Country Club is a prestigious private country club with one of the most authentic Memberships in the St. Louis area. We hold our staff in high regard and recognize exceptional performers. We have openings beginning now for experienced grounds workers. Your training will include video, demonstrative, and hands on training to be able to become a valuable Member of our Grounds Crew.. We have employees with exceptional work ethics and expect nothing less from the people who we select to join our staff. We are seeking people that wish to be part of a team that is poised to provide our members with the best golf course conditions in the St. Louis area. You will be challenged to work hard and will be provided with the tools you need for success. We will provide you with uniforms, and a staff lunch most day.
Successful candidates will receive a starting pay of $18 - $22 per hour to start, wage will commensurate based on experience and be recognized with incentives for excellent performance. Employees also have access to play the pristine course they take care of on selected Mondays.
This is a physically demanding job that will include but not limited to:
• Walk mowing
• Weeding
• String trimming
• General landscaping
• Watering
Schedule:
• Typical work schedule is 40 hours per week with potential for overtime (Mandatory one weekend day shift per week)
• Typical shift schedule is 5:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
• One mandatory weekend and holiday requirements
