Property Administrator
Reports To: Senior Property Manager (SPM)
Travel: Property Site visits several times each week as necessary
Pay: $70,000-$80,000

POSITION SUMMARY:
Looking for an experienced Property Administrator/Assistant who desires to be a member of a nationally recognized team of real estate professionals within the Denver Commercial Real Estate market.
The position will be directly responsible for assisting and supporting a Senior Property Manager and engineering team serving individual commercial office, retail, and industrial accounts providing property management services serving our clients and tenants and assisting the SPM with day-to-day responsibilities including Accounts Receivable, bidding and contract administration, monthly reports, customer service and enhancing tenant relations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Accounts Receivable – review monthly billings, periodic tenant billings and subsequent collections of monthly tenants rent and other tenant receivables.
· Compile monthly/quarterly Owner reports for the managers and SPM review.
· Assist the management team in the annual budget preparation and development.
· Maintain all building and tenant files.
· Maintain a professional image to internal and external callers. Delegate calls to appropriate internal personnel and service providers. Follow-up with tenants or the managers as required.
· Maintain Vendor Files, prepare Aging Reports monthly; maintain Certificates of Insurance for vendors/tenants, prepare Lease Abstracts for the manager review.
· Receive work order requests by phone or in person and assign work to vendors or contractors as applicable.
· Schedule building activity including contracted services, tenant move-ins / move outs.
