Multi-Site Property Manager
Location: Silver Spring, MD
Salary: $100,000 – $105,000
Are you a results-driven Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment? We’re seeking a seasoned leader to oversee multiple residential communities, drive financial performance, and lead high-performing teams.
This is an opportunity to take full ownership of operations, influence portfolio success, and make a measurable impact across properties.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations for multiple multifamily communities
- Drive financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
- Analyze reports to identify opportunities and improve NOI
- Lead, coach, and develop on-site teams to exceed performance goals
- Maximize occupancy through strategic leasing, marketing, and resident retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and all local/state regulations
- Manage rent collections, delinquencies, and lease enforcement
- Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and capital projects
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards
- Serve as the main point of contact for ownership, providing performance updates and insights
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of multifamily property management experience
- 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience managing large portfolios (1000+ units)
- Strong financial acumen (budgets, reporting, variance analysis)
- Knowledge of leasing, collections, and property operations
- Experience with property management software
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with affordable housing or mixed-income communities is a plus
