*Seeking Full-Time maintenance technician to service rental homes and apartments in and around the Athens area.
*Must have skills in the areas of plumbing and carpentry.
*Basic Electrical knowledge is a plus.
*No licenses or certifications are needed.
*Background check and drivers license required.
*Must live within 30 minutes of Athens. Please do not apply if you live more than 30 minutes from Athens.
*Competitive Pay, varies by level of experience
