Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

Country Lane Apartments (Angleton, TX) | 80-unit community

Join our team as an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor and support the maintenance team in maintaining the physical integrity and general upkeep of our apartment community. You'll help coordinate and direct maintenance activities including repairs, apartment make-readies, preventive maintenance, and construction/rehabilitation projects. Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in inspecting, diagnosing, performing, and assigning routine maintenance and repairs, including:

◦ Electrical and plumbing (including water lines)

◦ A/C and heating systems

◦ Appliances

◦ Interior/exterior lighting

◦ Boiler, gas, and electric systems

◦ Pool areas and equipment

Qualifications / Requirements

• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance

• Three years' experience in apartment maintenance

• Supervisory experience preferred

• HVAC certification

• Valid driver's license required
