Shift of the Maintenance Technician:
1st Shift, 7a-3:30p
Pay Rate/Salary of the Maintenance Technician:
$34-38/Hr
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:
- Troubleshoot and repair machines and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Perform preventative maintenance on molding machines and support equipment.
- Resolve injection end problems using knowledge of trade standard clearances.
- Document work orders and communicate equipment issues effectively.
- Change dies in machines as needed to maintain production schedules.
Qualifications of the Maintenance Technician:
- Associate’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or Robotics with 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Knowledge of various types of plastics machinery and hydraulic systems.
- Able to read and implement schematics and electrical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
