Maintenance DirectorRiverway Assisted Living & Memory CareRiverway is looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Director to join our team! We need someone who takes pride in their work, notices the little things, and understands that maintaining our building is really about creating a safe, comfortable, beautiful home for our residents.What We're Looking ForDependable, self-motivated, and organizedStrong general maintenance and repair skillsAble to prioritize projects and complete them in a timely mannerComfortable troubleshooting basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and building repairsAble to manage preventative maintenance and routine inspectionsWilling to jump in wherever neededGreat communication with residents, families, staff, vendors, and leadershipSomeone who takes ownership and pride in our buildingResponsibilitiesComplete daily maintenance requests and repairsMaintain resident apartments and common areasPerform preventative maintenance and safety checksCoordinate outside vendors and service providers when neededAssist with apartment turns and new resident move-insMaintain building systems, equipment, grounds, and exterior areasRespond appropriately to urgent maintenance needsKeep maintenance areas, tools, and supplies organizedWork closely with the Executive Director and department leaders to keep Riverway running smoothlyThe Right Person for RiverwayWe are a small community with a big heart, and our residents deserve someone who understands that this isn't just a building-it's their home.We're looking for someone who sees a problem and takes care of it, communicates well, follows through, and wants to be part of a team that truly cares about the people we serve.If you're dependable, hardworking, handy, and ready to be an important part of the Riverway team, we'd love to meet you!
