Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new client relationships through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in commercial real estate transactions
- Conduct property valuations, market analyses, and investment underwriting
- Negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and letters of intent on behalf of clients
- Maintain an active pipeline of listings and investment opportunities across the LA market
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing strategies and property presentations
- Stay current on market trends, cap rates, and commercial real estate investment activity
Requirements:
- Active California Real Estate License required
- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate sales, leasing, or investment services preferred
- Strong understanding of commercial property types including office, retail, industrial, and multifamily
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven work ethic
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, CoStar, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
