Role Description The Security Officer (Unarmed) role is a contract, on-site position based in Hinesville, GA. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring assigned areas, conducting visible foot or vehicle patrols, and reporting any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security incidents. The Security Officer will follow established post orders, control access to properties as needed, and complete accurate incident and daily activity reports. The role also involves interacting professionally with visitors, clients, and members of the public, responding to basic inquiries, and supporting emergency procedures as directed by site leadership. The position requires reliability, adherence to company policies, and maintaining a calm, composed presence in routine and stressful situations.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform routine patrols, observe surroundings, and respond appropriately to potential safety or security concerns.

• Strong communication skills for interacting with the public, clients, and team members, including clear verbal and written reporting.

\n

• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and accountability while following post orders and company procedures.

\n

• Capacity to remain calm under pressure and assist with basic emergency response and incident management.

\n

• Reliable transportation to and from the Hinesville, GA worksite and availability to work assigned shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform patrols for extended periods, and meet any physical requirements associated with the post.

\n

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is beneficial but not required.

\n

• Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to pass background checks and any required screenings.
