Are you an experienced Property Maintenance Technician looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with a respected property management team? We're seeking a dependable, skilled professional who takes pride in maintaining apartment communities and providing exceptional service to residents.
Responsibilities

• Perform general apartment maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
• Complete apartment turns, make-ready work, and routine inspections.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service requests.
• Maintain the grounds, common areas, and building systems in a safe, clean condition.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and company policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• EPA Certification Type I & II (Required)
• Minimum 3 years of recent, hands-on experience in apartment, residential, or commercial property maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors.
