Responsibilities include:

Drywall installation and repair

Interior and exterior painting

Basic carpentry and woodwork

Light plumbing repairs

light electrical repairs

General home repairs and preventive maintenance concerns and recommending solutions

Completing assigned work efficiently and professionally

Qualifications:

Previous home repair and maintenance experience is required

Experience with drywall. painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work

Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently

Strong attention to detail

Dependable, professional, and able to communicate effectively

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Reliable transportation

Must be able to pass a background check
