We are looking for someone that really knows how to maintain the interior spaces and landscaping at apartment complexes. Interior cleaning includes very detailed cleaning of common areas and apartments. Landscape work incudes pruning, weeding patching bare spots in lawns and keeping things looking great.
A contractor mows and fertilized the lawns for us. We need you to do everything else.
If you can paint as well, that would be great ... but not necessary.
You should have VERY high standards and be able to manage yourself please.
This is a full time, year round job.
