We are seeking an Property Maintenance and Support Technician for our Chicago properties. This role involves managing tenant move-ins and move-outs, conducting property showings, performing minor repairs, managing keys, and posting notices. You will report to the Property Manager, conduct routine inspections, and coordinate larger maintenance projects. A vehicle is required, as travel between multiple properties is necessary.

Qualifications:

• Experience in property management, as a building superintendent, or a similar role

• Comfortable with basic repairs and maintenance tasks

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
