We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at for our Condominium Complex. The ideal candidate will lead, train, and manage our maintenance team while also performing advanced, hands-on repairs as needed. You will be responsible for planning and managing the work order system, controlling budgets and inventory, and ensuring all work meets our high standards for safety and quality. Strong leadership, technical expertise across various trades (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical), and excellent problem-solving skills are essential for success. Candidate must have practical hands on history of successful repairs of AC systems. Salary 60 to 65K Depending on experience.
