BrightPipe is growing and hiring across multiple roles, including:
- Audio Visual Technicians (Entry to Advanced)
- Warehouse AV Technicians
- Warehouse Manager (Team Leadership Role)
- Senior Handyman / Facilities Technician

What You'll Do
AV & Technical Roles:
- Set up, test, and operate AV and technology systems
- Troubleshoot issues in real-time (on-site and in warehouse)
- Prepare and organize equipment for events
- Travel to events (for applicable roles)
Warehouse Team & Manager:
- Prep, test, and manage AV inventory and gear flow
- Load/unload trucks and ensure accuracy of shipments
- Lead and manage a team (Manager role)
- Keep projects on track and ensure readiness for events
- Train and coach team members
Handyman / Facilities Role:
- Perform repairs and maintenance (warehouse, office, and other properties)
- Handle light construction, installations, and improvements
- Troubleshoot and fix issues independently
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and functional work environment
