Location: Will travel between properties in the Portland Metro Area, OR
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $28.00 – $31.00 per hour
Duration: Direct Hire

About the Role:
LHH Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Roving Property Manager to join our client's team. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys traveling between multiple residential communities within the Portland metro area.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple residential properties.

Ensure compliance with LIHTC or HUD regulations and company policies.

Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits.

Support on-site teams with leasing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination.

Assist with budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting.

Provide coverage during staff absences or transitions.

Maintain strong communication with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Property Manager.

Experience with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) or HUD properties is required.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in property management software.
Pay Details: $28.00 to $31.00 per hour
