Job Responsibilities
* Perform residential cleaning services according to company standards and checklists.
* Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
* Dust, vacuum, mop, scrub, and detail various surfaces.
* Follow proper cleaning procedures and safely handle cleaning products and equipment.
* Work efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
* Work both independently and alongside other team members.
* Respect clients' homes, belongings, and privacy.
* Communicate professionally with clients and management.
* Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment.
Requirements & Qualifications
* **Must have your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.**
* Must be dependable, punctual, and responsible.
* Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
* Ability to work well with others as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
* Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and accept constructive feedback.
* Comfortable working in homes with pets.
* Must be able to travel between cleaning appointments throughout our service area.
* Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but NOT required.
Physical Requirements
**This is a physically demanding, hands-on position.** Applicants should understand that residential cleaning requires consistent movement and physical activity throughout the workday.
Essential physical duties include:
* Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
* Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, and reaching.
* Standing and walking for extended periods.
* Repetitive movements, including scrubbing, wiping, sweeping, and mopping.
* Moving and carrying cleaning equipment and supplies.
* Working on your feet throughout scheduled cleaning appointments.
Applicants must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Schedule & Compensation
* **Starting pay: $16.00/hour**
* Paid hands-on training.
* Tips distributed when received after training.
* Primarily weekday scheduling.
* Occasional weekend availability may be needed, but weekend work is rare.
* Opportunity for pay increases based on performance, reliability, and growth.
