Job Description Compressed Air and Dryer Maintenance Technologist

You assess, prioritize, and get to work—restoring reliability and helping a customer hit their targets. Your mission
- Keep multi-brand industrial air compressors operating safely through expert field service.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair refrigerated and desiccant dryers to protect air quality.
- Install new equipment and complete plant air piping to spec and code.
- Interpret electrical schematics to isolate faults and perform lasting control repairs.
- Partner with customers to plan PMs and recommend reliability improvements.
Capabilities we’re looking for
- 3–5 years working on industrial compressors or similar industrial machinery.
- Advanced troubleshooting and repair of electrical control systems.
- Valid refrigeration recovery certification.
- Foundational knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Personal toolkit and electrical meters appropriate for field diagnostics.
- Professional demeanor and a strong customer-service mindset.
- Comfort with regional travel and occasional evening/weekend assignments.
