Job DescriptionMAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Monday - Friday 8:30 pm - 7:00 am$29.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and control systems
• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on manufacturing equipment
• Diagnose equipment issues and repair or replace faulty components
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery for maintenance and repairs
• Conduct functional testing to ensure equipment operates efficiently after service
• Adjust, calibrate, clean, and lubricate machinery to maintain optimal performance
• Install and relocate machinery and equipment as needed
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance equipment reliability and longevity
• Troubleshoot electrohydraulic press systems and other complex machinery

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong electrical background with the ability to read and interpret schematics
• Experience with PLCs, control systems, and hydraulic systems preferred
• Knowledge of predictive and preventative maintenance practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, reaching, and crawling
• Comfortable working around moving machinery and using required protective equipment
