Responsibilities:

<li>Greet and assist prospective and current residents</li>
<li>Conduct property tours and showcase available apartments</li>
<li>Process applications and leasing paperwork</li>
<li>Follow up with prospects and applicants</li>
<li>Answer leasing and resident questions</li>
<li>Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and resident retention</li>
<li>Provide general office and leasing support</li>
