Laurelwood Apartments and Townhomes – Cranberry Township, PA
LEASING CONSULTANT
A large multi-family community is seeking a full – time leasing consultant to show and lease apartments and townhomes. Individuals must have experience in leasing/sales and enjoy working with people.
Job Description:
Leasing:
- Meet with prospective residents to determine their housing needs and show available units
- Obtain all pertinent information and continue follow-up procedures
- Familiarity with the leasing process from application to lease signing
- Knowledgeable about Fair Housing laws
Administrative:
- Prepare resident files
- Assist residents with service requests
- Complete data entry into software system
- Collect rental payments and fees
- Conduct follow-up with residents regarding customer satisfaction
- Assist with move-in/move-out process
- Respond to calls, emails and site visits in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Property Leasing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Proven customer service track record
- Good organizational, mathematical and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Weekend work rotation required
- Clear criminal record
- Reliable transportation
- Valid drivers license
- High school degree
