Job description : Thoroughly clean member homes to Be Blessed standards, while developing and maintaining member relationships.

Responsibilities :

· Familiarize and align yourself with our core values

· Treat all team and household members with respect, kindness, and compassion

· Carefully handle and maintain all cleaning equipment and tools

· Arrive prepared and in a timely manner

· Engage with members to provide a positive service experience

· Use all tools necessary to ensure cleaning proficiency

· Carefully handle member possessions

· Compassionately and immediately address any broken or damaged items

· Coordinate with members and trainer to determine proper scheduling

· Ensure all items on the cleaning checklist have been thoroughly completed

· Offer a member walkthrough

· Note and preform any additional tasks at household member request

· Inform upper working members of additionally requested tasks completed during cleanings

· Preform any additional tasks at working member request

· Communicate efficiently and effectively with all members of the Be Blessed team

Requirements :

· Ability to lift, carry, move items and equipment up to 30lbs

· Ability to reach, stretch, squat, bend, kneel, walk for extended periods

· Ability to scrub and wipe frequently and thoroughly

· Ability to push and pull repeatedly to vacuum and mop large

areas

· Ability to delicately handle member complaints or concerns

· Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional conduct

· Ability to adapt to sudden changes

· Ability to handle fragile possessions with care

· Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing

· Ability to anticipate needs and respond accordingly

· Willingness to embody our core values

· Willingness to follow and continuously implement provided cleaning procedures

· Willingness to provide additional services upon request

· Willingness to complete repeated tasks efficiently

· Willingness to initiate and develop member relationships
