Apartment Leasing Consultant - LIHTC
Location: Dubuque, IA
Pay: $19-$21 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for helping people find their next home? We are seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant to join a busy apartment community in Dubuque, IA. This is a great opportunity for someone with leasing, sales, customer service, or administrative experience who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents and provide community tours
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and follow up with leads
- Assist with the leasing process from application through move-in
- Maintain accurate resident and prospect records
- Prepare lease paperwork and other required documentation
- Assist current residents with questions and service requests
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure resident satisfaction
- Help maintain a professional and welcoming leasing office
Qualifications
- Previous apartment leasing experience
- LIHTC experience
- Strong customer service, sales, or administrative background considered
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with computers and property management software
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work independently
