You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. $75,000 - $150,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:
- Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
- Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
- Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
- Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
- Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
What You'll Do
- Meet with qualified buyers and sellers on scheduled appointments
- Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations
- Guide clients from consultation to closing
- Negotiate offers and contracts
- Follow proven sales and CRM systems
- Convert appointments into signed agreements
- Participate in ongoing coaching and training
Qualifications:
- Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
- At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
- Show a track record of real estate success
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
