Role Description The Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Milton, FL. This position is responsible for performing routine and corrective maintenance on equipment for 18 mobile homes. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting equipment, diagnosing issues, completing repairs, and documenting work performed. The technician will conduct preventive maintenance, respond to maintenance requests, cleaning and preparing mobile homes for new tenets. Overall management of mobile home park.

- Candidates should possess skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance skills to plan and perform scheduled inspections and service that reduce downtime.
- Candidates should possess Industrial Maintenance skills to work safely with tools, machinery, and building systems in a construction or industrial setting.
- Ability to read and follow technical manuals, diagrams, and work orders.
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and time management.
- Experience in construction, facilities maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in maintenance or a related trade is a plus.
