What You'll Do
- Monitor and maintain facility and utility systems
- Troubleshoot equipment and respond to system alarms
- Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs
- Support HVAC, electrical, water, vacuum, and utility systems
- Maintain safety, quality, and operational standards
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of maintenance, facilities, manufacturing, or industrial experience
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, or electrical systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Experience with maintenance tools and computer systems
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
