WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance.
- Complete apartment make-readies, including painting, drywall repair, flooring, and general carpentry.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical issues, appliances, and fixtures.
- Respond to work orders promptly while providing excellent customer service to residents.
- Help maintain clean, safe, and well-kept apartment communities.
- Complete maintenance documentation and follow established safety procedures.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Two or more years of apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred.
- Hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, drywall, and carpentry.
- EPA certification preferred, or willingness to obtain it.
- Your own reliable set of tools.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Strong work ethic, professional attitude, and commitment to quality service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
