Autumn Property Services is looking for a reliable, versatile, and detail-oriented Handyperson to join our team. We handle a variety of residential and commercial property maintenance projects across the Northern Michigan area, and we need someone ready to deliver top-tier service. What You’ll Do: General Maintenance & Repairs: Handle light carpentry, drywall patching, painting, and basic plumbing/electrical troubleshooting. Property Upkeep: Assist with seasonal maintenance, punch-list items, and general installations. Problem Solving: Assess issues on-site and execute efficient, long-lasting fixes. Client Relations: Represent the company with a professional, friendly, and respectful attitude while working on clients' properties. What We’re Looking For: Proven Experience: Strong, hands-on experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related trade. The Right Tools: Ownership of basic hand/power tools is highly preferred. Reliability: A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and dependable transportation (capable of hauling basic tools/materials).
