LEASING CONSULTANT – AFFORDABLE HOUSING
Cleveland, OH | ️ Monday–Friday | ⏰ 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Up to $20/Hour DOE

Are you an experienced Leasing Consultant with a background in affordable housing and tax credit properties? We’re looking for a professional, organized, and resident-focused Leasing Consultant to join an apartment community in Cleveland, OH.
This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the ins and outs of affordable housing compliance, recertifications, and resident relations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Assist prospective residents with the leasing process
- Conduct property tours and explain available apartment homes
- Process applications and complete leasing paperwork
- Handle annual and interim recertifications
- Maintain accurate resident files and documentation
- Verify income and other eligibility requirements
- Work with affordable housing and tax credit (LIHTC) programs
- Respond to resident questions and requests
- Coordinate appointments, move-ins, and move-outs
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Assist with general office and property management duties
✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Required experience:
- Previous Leasing Consultant or Property Management experience
- Affordable housing experience
- Tax credit / LIHTC experience
- Hands-on recertification experience
- Strong understanding of affordable housing compliance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with computers and property management software
PAY & SCHEDULE
Pay: Up to $20/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
