Seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and improve maintenance operations within a manufacturing facility. This person will focus on strengthening maintenance processes, developing the team, and building an effective preventive maintenance program.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve the preventive maintenance program
- Improve PM completion and equipment reliability
- Lead and develop maintenance technicians
- Organize and improve day-to-day maintenance processes
- Use maintenance and production data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Improve CMMS utilization and parts management
- Drive improvements in efficiency and OEE
- Support technician training and skill development
- Establish structure, accountability, and consistency within the maintenance department
