Position Overview:
We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our team in
the Sandford area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining
commercial buildings, ensuring a clean, safe, and professional environment for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated areas
Empty trash and recycling containers
Clean windows, doors, and glass surfaces
Refill paper, soap, and cleaning supplies as needed
Follow safety guidelines and company cleaning procedures
Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisor
Qualifications:
Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Must be punctual, trustworthy, and have a positive attitude
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks
Work Schedule
Part-time positions available.
Schedule is Monday through Sunday at 8:00 pm until work is complete.
MUST HAVE A GOOD WORKING VEHICLE
Compensation
$700.00 a month pay out biweekly on the 5th and 20th $350.00 per check
Opportunities for overtime and advancement.
