Compensation:
$75,000 - $125,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by actively engaging with potential clients and showcasing our luxury listings.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
- Leverage our advanced tools and media resources to enhance your personal brand and market presence.
- Collaborate with our media team to create compelling marketing materials that highlight property features.
- Participate in our network TV series, "Selling with The Gaileys," to gain national exposure and build credibility.
- Stay informed about local market trends and developments to provide clients with up-to-date insights.
- Conduct property showings and open houses, delivering engaging presentations to prospective buyers and sellers alike.
Qualifications:
- Valid Florida real estate license, ensuring you're ready to hit the ground running.
- Experience in luxury real estate sales, showcasing your ability to connect with high-end clientele.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating your drive and ambition.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and social media to enhance your personal brand.
- Strong presentation skills, enabling you to conduct engaging property showings and open houses.
- Familiarity with local market trends, providing clients with valuable insights and advice.
