Job Description Commercial Leasing Associate
Direct Counsel represents an Am Law 100 firm seeking a Commercial Leasing Associate to join its Garden City office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leasing attorney to work on sophisticated commercial real estate matters with a rapidly expanding, nationally recognized practice.
Position Highlights
- 4–6 years of significant leasing experience
- Hybrid | Long Island, NY
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases
- Focus on retail and office leasing
- Industrial leasing experience is a plus
- Experience with clients across sophisticated leasing matters
- Opportunity for significant responsibility and client interaction
- Strong drafting, negotiation, communication, and client-service skills
- New York Bar admission required

Compensation & Benefits
$200,000–$300,000 annually, depending on experience and other factors.
