**Shift: Mon to Fri 7A.m to 3:30P.

**Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:

- Candidate will be working inside of a bank
- Candidate will be driving a client van to multiple area locations - 30-mile radius
- Uniform and tools will be provided
**Team Overview:

- Candidate will be working independently

- Lock repair
- Basic plumbing
- Basic electrical
- Basic carpentry
- Minor HVAC PM's
- Patching/painting
**Licenses/Certifications:

- Driver's license

- Basic plumbing
- Basic electrical
- Basic carpentry
- Basic mechanical skills

- HVAC experience
