Your Role:
- Lead, coach, and mentor agents to maximize performance
- Execute growth strategies using proven systems
- Manage a pipeline of buyer and seller leads with a focus on conversion
- Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier talent
- Drive accountability and performance tracking
- Partner with executive leadership to scale effectively
Who You Are:
- Active Texas Real Estate License
- Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience
- A results-oriented leader passionate about developing people
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills
- Tech-savvy with CRM and performance tracking experience
