Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance/ Grounds Keeper to become a part of our Maintenance Team! You will perform necessary work to keep up pools, mechanical equipment, and structure of an establishment in repair.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings</li>
<li>Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion</li>
<li>Clean and maintain pools/ hot tubs</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and a safe work space</li>
<li>Perform other duties, as assigned</li>
<li>Ground work (mowing, weed eating, etc.)</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields (plumbing, small electric, basic home repairs)</li>
<li>Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical workload</li>
</ul>
