Job DescriptionMaintenance Technician
Location: Groton, MA
Pay Rate: $22-$24/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Hours Flexible: 7:30-3:30 or 8:30-4:30
Type: Temp-to-hire
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience required; residential setting experience preferred.
- Experience in basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills.
- Direct experience with unit turnovers required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and insured vehicle.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and make minor repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, and flooring.
- Apartment turnovers.
- Perform drywall repair, installation, prep, and painting.
- Respond to and complete service requests per established priorities.
- Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Perform general janitorial work (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, carpet/floor care, cleaning walls and windows).
- Perform grounds work (mowing, leaf removal, trimming) and snow removal.
- Maintain tools and equipment, and order parts/supplies.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
