We are seeking an experienced, Certified Maintenance Technician to join our growing multifamily property maintenance team in Nashua, NH. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional with experience in apartment maintenance, residential property maintenance, HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting, plumbing repair, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall, and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs throughout the community.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair:
    • HVAC systems
    • Air conditioning units
    • Heating systems
    • Appliances
    • Electrical systems
    • Plumbing systems
    • Carpentry
    • Drywall
    • Locks and access systems
  • Complete resident service requests and work orders efficiently and professionally.
  • Conduct apartment turnovers, make-readies, and unit renovations.
  • Perform building inspections and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Maintain common areas, grounds, and building infrastructure.
  • Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls as part of a rotating on-call schedule.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and property maintenance procedures.
  • Support resident retention through excellent customer service and timely repairs.
  • Assist with community projects and resident events as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of apartment maintenance, multifamily maintenance, facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or property maintenance experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills in:
    • HVAC
    • Plumbing
    • Electrical
    • Appliance Repair
    • Carpentry
    • Drywall Repair
    • General Building Maintenance
  • Experience with:
    • Work order management
    • Preventative maintenance programs
    • Apartment turns
    • Unit make-readies
    • Residential service requests
  • Strong customer service and resident relations skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Reliable transportation for community travel and occasional off-site assignments.
  • Comfortable working in a pet-friendly environment.

  • EPA Universal Certification
  • EPA 608 Certification
  • Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT)
  • HVAC Certification
  • Trade School or Technical School Training
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
  • CPO (Certified Pool Operator) Certification
  • Electrical, Plumbing, or Facilities Maintenance Certifications
