We are seeking an HOA Property Manager to join our team. You must be self-motivated, highly organized, detail oriented, and a good communicator (in person and in writing/email). The position requires a home office (to include an up to date computer, and a smart phone) and a reliable vehicle. You will oversee a portfolio of communities.
Responsibilities:
- All work is done by approval of the Board for each community - manager must provide information and help guide
- Oversee and coordinate all maintenance work in your community portfolio
- Obtain bids from various contractors for Board review/approval
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Create annual budgets and long term projections
- Review monthly financial reports
- Meet with the Board and attend Homeowner meetings - most in the evenings
- Property inspections for work needed and violations to the covenants
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HOA property management or other related fields is a MUST
- Familiarity with Excel and Word and ability to learn new software systems
- Ability to build rapport with Board members and owners
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead a meeting
