We are seeking an HOA Property Manager to join our team. You must be self-motivated, highly organized, detail oriented, and a good communicator (in person and in writing/email). The position requires a home office (to include an up to date computer, and a smart phone) and a reliable vehicle. You will oversee a portfolio of communities.

Responsibilities:

  • All work is done by approval of the Board for each community - manager must provide information and help guide
  • Oversee and coordinate all maintenance work in your community portfolio
  • Obtain bids from various contractors for Board review/approval
  • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
  • Create annual budgets and long term projections
  • Review monthly financial reports
  • Meet with the Board and attend Homeowner meetings - most in the evenings
  • Property inspections for work needed and violations to the covenants

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in HOA property management or other related fields is a MUST
  • Familiarity with Excel and Word and ability to learn new software systems
  • Ability to build rapport with Board members and owners
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead a meeting
