We're searching for a highly organized, solutions-focused professional to help keep our stores operating efficiently by coordinating maintenance repairs, managing vendors, analyzing data, and ensuring every issue is followed through to completion.

This isn't just an administrative role. You'll be the connection point between stores, vendors, landlords, and leadership teams, helping drive fast resolutions and exceptional service across our retail network.

In This Role, You Will:
\n
🔹 Manage repair requests and preventative maintenance programs
\n
🔹 Coordinate vendors and service providers
\n
🔹 Track invoices, contracts, work orders, and service history
\n
🔹 Build reports and monitor KPIs
\n
🔹 Identify trends and opportunities through data analysis
\n
🔹 Communicate daily with stores and business partners
\n
\n
Ideal Candidates Have:
\n
✔ Facilities or maintenance coordination experience
\n
✔ Strong Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
\n
✔ Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
\n
✔ Outstanding communication and follow-up skills
\n
✔ Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building maintenance systems
